Kadal supports a range of leading-edge AI models across different providers to power Threads and Agents. This article provides a detailed overview of the currently supported models, newly added models, and deprecated models, along with their fallback models where applicable.

Important Note on Deprecated Models
If an Agent or Thread previously used a model that is now deprecated, the system will show a UI indicator beside the model name.

On mouse hover, users will see a message explaining the deprecation and suggesting the fallback model.

The fallback model is not automatically applied in the UI. Users can review and manually update the Agent/Thread to use the suggested fallback.

However, all ongoing interactions with Agents/Threads will continue to run using the fallback model to ensure uninterrupted performance.
