How to Search and Add Files from the Repository to the Documents in Kadal Content Manager
This article explains how users can search for and select files from the repository while editing a document in Kadal Content Manager. By utilizing the file picker, users can efficiently locate resources based on title, description, and metadata, allowing for seamless integration of relevant content into their documents.

Log in to Kadal Content Manager and open the document you wish to edit.

While in the editor, navigate to the section where you want to add resources from the repository.

Click on the option to Add Resources, which will prompt the File Picker to open.

In the file picker window, you will find a search box at the top. Enter your search term to find specific files.

The search functionality will look for matches in the Title, Description and Metadata.

As you type, the file picker will filter the results in real-time, displaying only those files that match your search criteria.

Review the filtered results and select the relevant file you wish to add to your document.

Once selected, click the Add Selected button to integrate the chosen resource into your document.
