No Access
The No Access role is a secure default setting designed to control access to content in Kadal Content Manager. Users assigned this role will not see or access the Repository by default; access will only be available when specific folders or files are shared with them. This ensures that sensitive content is protected and only accessible to intended recipients.

- Users with No Access will not see the Repository by default until content is explicitly shared.
- They retain full functionality within My Folder and can create and organize content without limitations.
Admin

Viewer

Commenter
