How to Provide Feedback on Agents' Responses in Kadal
This article explains how users can provide feedback on Agents' responses using the Like and Dislike icons. It also covers how to report issues through a feedback modal and the types of reasons available. Providing feedback helps improve the accuracy and usefulness of AI interactions.
Steps:
- Locate the Agent and Interact
- Browse through the available agents and click on the agent you want to interact with.
- Submit a prompt and wait for the AI to generate a response.
- React to the Response
- At the bottom of the AI’s response, you'll see two icons:
- Like — Click if the response meets your expectations.
- Dislike — Click if the response is unsatisfactory or needs improvement.
- At the bottom of the AI’s response, you'll see two icons:
- For Dislike
- If you click the Dislike icon, a modal window will appear prompting you to provide more specific feedback.
- In the modal, choose from a list of predefined reasons:
- Don’t like the style
- Didn’t follow the instructions
- Not factually correct
- Biased
- Other
- If you select Other, a text area appears where you can type a custom explanation.
Note: Additional comments help Kadal better understand your concerns. This feedback enables the Kadal team to review and fine-tune the agent for improved future responses.
- Submit Feedback
- Click Submit in the modal to save your feedback. This helps improve the quality of future AI responses.
