We are pleased to announce the latest update to Kadal Content Manager, introducing new features, interface improvements, and key fixes to enhance usability.
Key Features
Login Page Improvements
- UIX improvements in the Login page have been implemented
- Users can login using their email id or SSO
Access to platforms and Seamless Login
- Users getting logged in to KAI will also have access to KCMS and vice versa.
- Users now need to login just once (using email or SSO). Post that, any subsequent hit of the URL will auto log them in (unless the user has manually logged out OR Google logs them out due to password policies)
- If the user tries opening another tenant in a new tab, the 1st tab will auto switch to the latest tenant opened (NOTE - In a browser, all tabs will update to the latest switched tenant)
Auto agent creation
- A new interface has been introduced for quick agent creation.
- For users just starting out, a ‘Conversation’ mode is available, where an agent will guide the users to auto create the agent. Users need not worry about choosing a model or setting a temperature. Based on user need, the agent will auto-add these. As the user confirms, these get auto added to the ‘Guided Form’ view.
- The “Guided Form” view is the space where the agent instructions and other configurations are visible. Users wanting to directly create the agent can use this space to create their agent.
- A “Preview” mode is enabled to see the preview of the agent being created. Post Save, the details are reflected in the Preview mode. Users can try the Preview and make adjustments to the agent as needed.
- A “Conversation starter” area is added, where the agent’s starter text can be added to guide the user for conversation.
- The ‘Token’ field has been removed. The maximum value for input and output is automatically considered and need not be updated by the user.
User sync for agents created via CMS
- Any agents created directly in CMS, will get tagged to the logged in users as its creator.
- The agents will only be visible to the owner as long as they are not Published.
- Post Publish, the agents will be visible to other users in the tenant.
- To edit any agent, the owner needs to un-publish the agent 1st
- Note :
- Earlier, the agents created in CMS directly using the @ agent were tagged to the Service account.
- There is a migration activity being undertaken to ensure the service account agents are correctly tagged to the respective owners.
Chat Interface Updates
- Download Chat is now available in the AI buddy. Download will download to a pdf file on the user's local system.
- On model switch, there will be a clear indication on UI
Google Drive Import (enabled for External domains)
- Google drive import is now available for external domains (non LM or Straive)
- Users belonging to external domains can import files to their repository
New LLM Models enabled
