How to Simplify Text in AI Buddy?
This feature rewrites complex sentences and jargon into simpler language, making your content more accessible to a wider audience.
- Open the document containing the text you want to simplify.
- Select the text that needs simplification.
- Once selected, an icon will appear on the left.
- Click Get AI Buddy Help.
- From the menu, choose Simplify.
- A popup will display the simplified response from AI Buddy.
- Review the response and choose an option:
- Click Replace to accept the simplified text.
- Click Insert to add the simplified text beneath the original.
- Click Close to retain your original text.
