How to Use Tone Options in AI Buddy?
This feature allows you to adjust the tone of your writing to match the intended audience or context. The available tones include Professional Tone, Casual Tone and Friendly Tone.
- Open the document containing the text you want to adjust the tone for.
- Select the text that needs a tone adjustment.
- Once selected, an icon will appear on the left.
- Click Get AI Buddy Help.
- From the menu, choose one of the tone options:
- Professional Tone: A formal and business-like approach, suitable for professional communication.
- Casual Tone: A relaxed and friendly style, ideal for informal conversations.
- Friendly Tone: A warm and inviting style, perfect for engaging with readers on a personal level.
- A popup will display the adjusted response from AI Buddy.
- Review the response and choose an option:
- Click Replace to accept the text with the new tone.
- Click Insert to add the text with the new tone beneath the original.
- Click Close to retain your original text.
