Steps to Adjust the Layout View
- Access Layout Options
- Navigate to the Knowledge Base where files and folders are stored.
- Locate the view icons at the top-right corner of the interface.
- Switch Between Views
- List View ( Icon) – Displays files in a structured list format with detailed information, such as name, size, and date.
- Grid View ( Icon) – Shows files as thumbnails, providing a visual preview of each file for quick identification.
- Click on the preferred icon to switch the view instantly.
